Weight displayed on the product description pages is for shipping purposes only and is not the actual weight of the items displayed.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on total approximant package weight; our shipping method is UPS Ground ONLY. All charges are shown for you to review before you commit to placing your order.
Is between 1 and 2 weeks.The average time is less then 1 week. The total expected delivery time includes the average availability plus the total shipping time. In most cases we are able to ship your items much sooner. Experience has taught us it is best to under-promise and over-deliver the majority of the time while allowing some leeway for those situations where delays do occur.
We are required by law to add the proper sales tax for taxable products in orders placed by residents of the State of Missouri.
Order Status/Order Tracking:
We make every effort to keep you informed on the status of your order. Where possible we notify you of shipment and provide package tracking numbers. In many cases our products are now being shipped to you directly from the manufacturers. Some of them provide us with individual shipment info that we can pass along to you, but the majority do not. If you ever have a question concerning your order status your best option is to drop us an e-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org ). We will be happy to trace your order and let you know exactly what the status is. *The computer generated "Order Status" pages aren't very accurate a lot of the time.
All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. All products come with our 15 Day satisfaction guarantee. We will also exchange items to correct sizing problems within 15 days. We allow one exchange for sizing.
Please contact customer service by e-mail ( email@example.com ) for a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 15 days of receiving your product(s). We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You will also be charged the cost of shipping the exchange item(s) to you. Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unworn condition with the original tags attached.
Please contact customer service by e-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) for a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 15 days of receiving your product(s). We will reject unauthorized returns. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. (Shipping charges are subtracted from refunds). Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unworn condition with the original tags attached. Returns are usually processed within two weeks after bikers-wear.com has received the returned items. All refunds will be by company check, or credit back to the credit card or Pay-Pal Account that the order was Paid from.
Items being returned without being exchanged for another same style item # will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
For health reasons, we do not exchange panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, Bra's, Bustiers or similar intimate items so please select these items with care.
Customers that received the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or damaged item, the above RMA process does not apply.
Call or e-mail us and we will issue a call tag to pick up and exchange the item at no cost to you.

Every effort is made to represent our products accurately; however, actual items may differ somewhat from the product descriptions and online graphics due to substantial variations in computer and web appliance displays, and other circumstances beyond our control. Packages refused without prior notice before shipping will be charged accrued shipping charges accordingly even if free shipping method was chosen. Customers choosing UPS methods may also accrue surcharges applied from UPS for refused or unsigned for packages, incorrect address, undeliverable address, expired forwarding service and others that the receiving customer has control over. If incorrect delivery was due to UPS error, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can claim for the package and assist you to redirect the shipment or have a new shipment set up for you.
